Continuous readings
Each unit reports every minute. See the temperature now, the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, with the allowed range shaded on the chart.
Know the moment a fridge fails, and which stock it affected
A small sensor in each fridge, freezer or cold room reports the temperature every minute and tells you the moment the fridge loses power. When something goes wrong, the right people are alerted on their phones, and the stock that was inside is held back from sale automatically until a pharmacist decides what to do with it.
Community and retail pharmacies, pharmacy chains, hospital pharmacies and clinics that store vaccines, insulin, biologics or other temperature-sensitive medicines.
Every fridge on one screen, worst first, updating by itself.

The sensor runs from the same socket as the fridge and has its own backup battery, so you are alerted the moment the fridge loses power, before the temperature starts to rise.
Readings are stored on the sensor during an internet outage and sent when the connection returns, so the record stays complete.
Ready profiles for refrigerated, frozen and blood product storage, or your own limits, with a delay so door openings during busy hours do not raise alarms.
A beep in an empty building at night protects nothing.
The part a standalone fridge alarm cannot do.
When an excursion happens, the system works out which batches of cold chain products were in that fridge at the time, including stock moved out since, and how long each was exposed.
Exposed batches are placed under review and the point of sale refuses them, with a clear message, so damaged stock is not sold by mistake.
Release with a documented reason, quarantine while you wait for advice, or discard with a proper write-off that shows up in your financial reports.
Built on international health-data standards so it fits the systems and instruments you already run.
Knows which batches are in which unit, and when they moved.
Refuses batches held for cold chain review until a pharmacist decides.
Products flagged as needing cold storage are the ones checked after an excursion.
Alerts by app, SMS, WhatsApp and email, with replies to acknowledge.
Cold chain write-offs appear with their reason and value.
Daily logs, excursion reports and summaries as PDF or CSV.
It is an add-on billed per active sensor per month, with pricing adjusted to your country, plus a one-off cost for each sensor. See the pricing page for current figures. A sensor is only charged for a month in which it sends readings.
No. The sensor works with pharmaceutical fridges, domestic fridges, freezers and cold rooms. You set the allowed range for each unit.
The sensor keeps working on its backup battery and sends a power loss alert straight away. If the temperature then goes out of range, a temperature alert follows and the stock inside is held for review.
Not normally. An excursion only counts after the temperature has stayed out of range for a set delay, ten minutes by default and adjustable for each unit.
The sensor stores readings while offline and sends them when the connection returns. Where Wi-Fi is weak, a cellular sensor is available.
