Pricing questions
How is my price calculated?
Your monthly price is the total of the modules you choose, multiplied by your team size band and adjusted for your country. The estimator on this page uses exactly that formula.
Is the price monthly, and what currency is it in?
Module prices are monthly and shown in US dollars. Setup fees for first-time clients are one-time.
What does team size mean?
It is the number of staff user accounts in your organisation. Accounts are grouped into bands (up to 50, 51 to 200, 201 to 500, and 501 or more) and each band has its own multiplier.
Why does my country change the price?
Prices are adjusted to local purchasing power so that healthcare providers in every market can afford the platform. Your final quote confirms the adjustment for your billing country.
Which modules are included at no extra cost?
Modules shown at zero in the estimator, such as analytics dashboards and the patient portal, are included with any plan.
Can I start with a few modules and add more later?
Yes. Your monthly price follows the modules you have active, so you can begin with the workflows you need first and ask our team to add modules as you grow.
How are AI features priced?
AI features have no monthly module fee. You buy AI credits and pay for what your team uses, so the estimate above does not include AI usage. Credit packages are shown inside the app.
Is this a binding quote?
No. The estimator is for planning. Your final quote depends on the exact sub-modules you select, any integrations, and your billing country. We will confirm it in writing before you commit.
What are the one-time fees?
First-time clients pay a one-time onboarding fee and a basic training package. Optional services such as data migration, integrations and on-site training are listed below and are only charged if you choose them.
